Montgomery County Community College is committed to collecting, preserving, and creating accessible personal accounts of the Faculty Diversity Fellowship program for future generations. The Faculty Diversity Fellowship program provides BIPOC scholars in the early stages of their careers with the opportunity to develop their teaching skills at MCCC while they continue to work on or complete their terminal-level degrees.
